The Accountability Circle 4 Women with ADHD will help you to complete tasks/projects, and reach your goals.  ;-). We help you to set your weekly tasks, break it down to the next small step, and make sure you will actually DO it. Again, and again, until you’re done!

With a friendly facilitator and the support of others, who will help you figure things out and cheer you on, so you’ll be Making It Happen.

HOW IT WORKS

Every week (for three months), there’s a meeting with the group, guided by a facilitator, Jenna
use a strict format, that ensures everyone gets attention.

I’m passionate about helping others move forward; I’ve run this kind of group before. I use my combined skills and knowledge in the fields of coaching, project and time management, and psychology. I’m soft and empathetic but also rational and result-driven.
