Understanding ADHD from a Woman’s Perspective – Book Club

 

Many women with ADHD struggle with confidence and empowerment due to their invisible (and/or hidden) struggles and social messages about roles, expectations and success.

This ADHD women’s group provides helpful content, exploration and group support to empower participants to:

– Learn more about their ADHD

– Let go of shame for executive function challenges

– Set ADHD-friendly life goals

– Expand possibilities for becoming and expressing their authentic selves

– Develop a personalized self-actualization plan and actionable next steps

When: Fall 2023 Group: Mondays 8:00 pm EST

Where: This group is hosted online via Zoom.

Cost: Fall 2023: $75.00, book not included

About The Group Leader

The group leader, ADHD Coach Jenna Knight ,  provides information and additional resources about managing your ADHD, becoming your authentic self, identifying and applying your strengths, pursuing your interests, living a life guided by your values, and creating a personalized action plan for moving forward. Group sessions include time for learning, discussion, journaling, self-reflection, and connection with others.
