Here are some tips you can use to minimize or eliminate your afternoon crashes.

-If you think you might be dehydrated have something refreshing to drink.

-Close your eyes for 3 minutes and let yourself relax. This is especially important if you have been in front of glowing screen (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc).

-Shake out your shoulders or stand up and stretch.

-Watch or read something funny. Watch a fun cats video. Visit a site that has silly memes. Laughter can perk you up.
